So it has been drawn to my attention that I seem to have a COMMITMENT problem....this may also be considered a LAZY problem...which unfortunately has turned into a FAT problem. I have found a single solution to all 3.
P90X!!!!!
Ok. This may be a bit over ambitious, but I am a firm believer in risk big, win big.
The plan:
Complete P90X starting Nov1. After this, I would love to do the programme again and then move onto Insanity (but I havent signed this in blood).
In this time period I hope to loose about 15-20lbs and improve my overall fitness.
I guess that's it for now. I am excited for what tmr will bring :)
