Day 1

Went better than I expected....don't get me wrong. Ab ripper X still kicked my ass, but I survived to try again.  Truth be told, I did encounter some technical problems with Chest and back..as I didn't have a resistance band. i hope to rectify this problem by next week. 

So you ask why I am not cowering in the corner ridden with guilt for not doing  pull ups...Well I will tell you.  In addition to p90x, I went to training!!!! and did weights!!!

So yes. Be IMPRESSED. God knows I am :)
